Returns & Exchanges
Not quite what you expected? No problem! We happily accept exchanges as long as the item is in 100% new, resalable condition. This means unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, and the packaging strictly intact (not torn or ripped).
How to Exchange Your Item:

Reach out: Contact us directly via our WhatsApp on 081717327267 or email pazzo@rocketindo.com to start your exchange.

Send it back: You are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item to our warehouse, as well as the delivery fee for the new item.
•
We check & ship: Once the original item reaches our warehouse and passes our condition check, we will send out your replacement (as long as it's in stock!).
Swapping for a Different Item?
•
Choosing a cheaper item: You can absolutely do this, but please note that we do not refund the price difference.
•
Choosing a pricier item: Just pay the price difference (plus shipping), and it's yours!
